Casa Nivan Villas — Koh Phangan

Casa Nivan began as a simple idea: eight private pool villas beside Khao Ra National Park, built to let the setting do most of the work. The name comes from the Indic-Pali word for dwelling, a place of rest, and that idea guided every decision on the project.

We’re a small team. An international co-founder group with development and hospitality experience across Southeast Asia, working alongside a Koh Phangan-based partner who knows the island’s materials and light. Eight villas only, two bedrooms, each with its own pool, set in a private cul-de-sac with mountain and jungle views.

Ownership runs on a 30-year registered leasehold, transferable and inheritable, with no Thai company required. Live in it. Or earn from it while you’re away.
